1. Information We Collect

VisionFlow Pro collects the following information to provide the service:

Basic Google account information (name, email, avatar), provided by Firebase Authentication
The base images and reference images you upload, stored in Google Cloud Storage (GCS)
Your Google Gemini API key, stored in Firestore under access control, used only to initiate render requests server-side and never returned to the client in any form
Render history (prompts and generated results)
Render quality ratings (perspective/structure, lighting/atmosphere, material/landscape), used to improve service recommendation logic and never disclosed in any way linked to your personal identity

2. Local Storage

This software stores a session token in your browser's local storage to keep you signed in. This data is kept only on your device, is never uploaded to the server, and is cleared automatically when you sign out.

3. Copyright Watermark

To protect intellectual property, the system embeds invisible EXIF metadata containing a render task identifier into result images. This information contains no personal identity data such as your name or email.

4. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure (Firestore + GCS) located in US data centres. Each user's data is strictly isolated by Firebase UID, the server validates the identity token throughout, and other users cannot access any of your assets.

5. Data Use

Your images and prompts are used only to call the Google Gemini API for rendering. They are not used for AI model training and are never sold or shared with third-party commercial entities.

6. Data Deletion

You can permanently delete all personal data at any time by clicking "Delete account" in account settings, including Firestore records and all files in GCS. This action cannot be undone.

7. Third-Party Services

This software uses the following Google services: Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage, and the Google Gemini API. Your use is also subject to Google's privacy policy.
